Individual sessions are available for adults, adolescents, and children.

Therapists set their fees based on their experience, training, and areas of specialization.

Some therapists offer a limited number of reduced-rate spots.
These are most often available with clinicians earlier in their careers.

All Present Mind therapists have master’s degrees and are registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
and provide high-quality, ethical care.

We believe in making high-quality mental health care more accessible.
Some of our clinicians offer a limited number of reduced-rate appointments,
most often available with therapists earlier in their careers.

Walk-and-talk therapy is a form of psychotherapy conducted while walking outdoors rather than sitting in a traditional office setting. It is beneficial for people who find that movement and being outdoors supports emotional regulation, openness, and creativity.

Insurance

Psychotherapy services are not covered by OHIP, however they are covered by most workplace insurance plans.
You will receive a receipt for insurance reimbursement. Direct billing is also available for the following insurance plans. Please note that direct billing may not be available for sessions with Qualifying therapists.
