Available virtually or in-person, individual therapy offers a space to process your thoughts,
emotions, and behaviours. Sessions are available for adults, adolescents, and children.

Each therapist sets their own fee based on their experience, training, and areas of specialization.

Some of our clinicians offer a limited number of reduced-rate appointments, most often available
with therapists earlier in their careers. All Present Mind therapists hold a master's degree and are
registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or the Ontario College
of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), ensuring high-quality, ethical care.

Walk-and-Talk Therapy


Walk-and-talk therapy is a form of psychotherapy conducted outdoors rather than in a traditional office setting. For many people, movement and time outside support emotional regulation, openness, and creativity — a welcome option for anyone who thinks better on the move.

Insurance

Psychotherapy is not covered by OHIP, but it's included in most extended health benefits plans through work. We'll provide a receipt for reimbursement, and direct billing is available for select insurance providers (please note direct billing may not be available for sessions with Qualifying therapists).
