Iris Glaser

Iris Glaser, MEd
Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying

I’m a compassionate, down-to-earth therapist who values curiosity and honesty. My approach is flexible and responsive: I follow your lead, providing space for open exploration or focusing on practical steps depending on what feels right for you. You can expect warmth, honest reflection, and gentle challenges that help you move forward with intention.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as emotion-focused and mindfulness-based therapies, I support clients in untangling patterns, connecting with deeper emotions, and building new ways of responding to life’s challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, valuing safety, collaboration, and your sense of agency throughout the process. I check in often to ensure our work feels meaningful and effective.

Having navigated twenty years of marriage, parenting teens, work-life transitions, and major career changes, I bring empathy and real-life experience to our work. As an artist, I like to weave creative and experiential methods into my practice to help clients engage more deeply with their inner experience.
