Aakhansha Varghese
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Hi, I’m Aakhansha Varghese (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I’m really glad you’re here.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, I want you to know you don’t have to navigate it alone. Many of the people I support are carrying a lot; caring for others, moving through grief or life changes, managing ADHD or emotional dysregulation and simply longing to feel understood again.
I also work with children and teens who are struggling with confidence, anxiety, or big feelings they don’t yet have words for.
With over seven years of experience, my approach is warm, trauma-informed, and relational. Together, we’ll gently explore your emotions, patterns, and inner stories at a pace that feels right for you.
I integrate mindfulness, compassion-focused, and experiential methods, and also offer walk-and-talk therapy for those who feel more grounded in movement and nature.
You deserve a space where you feel safe, supported, and fully seen and I’m here to offer that. I also provide sessions in Hindi for those who feel more at home in their native language.
